Cast steel shots are fabricated by firstly melting high-quality steel scrap, then making the melted steel into small spherical shots by high-pressure water jet, reheating the shots to purify and homogenize them, and finally making them subject to quenching treatment.

SS steel shot has a dense internal structure, rendering it resistant to breakage and ensuring uniform strength. This, in turn, effectively enhances surface pressure and prolongs the fatigue life of workpieces.
