Located in Zhoucun District, Zibo City, known as the “Dry Port”, Shandong Yao Zhou Abrasive Materials Co., Ltd. achieves an annual output of about CNY 260 million in an area of over 20,000 square meters, with the strong backing of a total of 122 employees, including 23 research personnel, and 200-plus sets of production, processing, and testing equipment. Specializing in the research, production, and sales of metallic abrasives, we offer low carbon steel shots, strengthened grinding shots, cast steel shots, steel grit, stainless steel shots, bearing steel grit, steel wire cut shots, and more to our clients.
Recognizing that science and technology are the primary productive forces, we are dedicated to researching and exploring methods to enhance the performance of steel shots. In 2022, we collaborated with Dean Song Renbo and his team from the School of Materials Science and Engineering · USTB to research “Microstructure Property and Quality Improvement Techniques for High-Performance Steel Shots”, and established the USTB-Shandong Yao Zhou Abrasive Research Base. Currently, the University of Science and Technology Beijing has conducted metallographic structure analysis and physical property testing on our products, providing strong theoretical support for further enhancing the performance and quality of our products.
