Product Description
Product Description
Grinding shots are crafted by swiftly cutting high manganese steel wire to a cylindrical shape, then angle grinding to achieve a rounded form. Devoid of voids, cracks, or breakage, it becomes smaller in the usage process, and removed by the dust removal system or separation device of the shot basting machine until it reaches 3/10 of its original dimensions, thus completing its entire life cycle. As an innovative steel wire cut shot, it is produced by shaping steel wire into cylindrical forms of equal length and diameter, and then grinding them to remove edges and create spherical beads. Combining the advantages of both cast steel shots and steel wire cut shots and featuring consistent grinding, it has high breakage and wearing resistance, produces no damage to workpieces, and thus has a prolonged service life. Currently, grinding steel shots are the primary metal grinding material for precision machining of automotive and motorcycle parts.
Fabricated through processes such as drawing, cutting, and precision grinding, this product boasts uniform particles and an absence of internal porosity. With an extended service lifespan and shorter shot blasting time, it is an ideal option for quenched gears, screws, springs, chains, various stamped parts, standard components, and high-hardness workpieces like stainless steel. It effectively removes surface oxide, achieves surface strengthening treatment, polishing, paint stripping, corrosion removal, and dust-free shot blasting, creating a satisfactorily hard metal finish. Therefore, this product is a top choice for strengthening various hardware components.
Product Advantages
1. Our shots exhibit enhanced performance and stability by using alloy steel wire as the base material;
2. By optimizing the wire drawing process, a more compact internal structure is achieved;
3. By revamping the conventional blasting-based grinding process, shot damage is minimized during blasting, thereby prolonging their service life.
